How do I know whether my payment has been received?

As soon as your payment has been received and assigned to your Investment offer, you will see this in your portfolio. A green check mark will appear there, together with a note that your payment has been confirmed.

Please note: For bank transfers via our payment partner, it can generally take two to three banking days until your payment is assigned to your Investment offer.
