What does oversubscription mean?

When a Project has reached its original financing amount, the oversubscription phase begins. During this phase, investors can continue to submit Investment offers until the defined oversubscription volume has also been fully used.

After the end of the financing round and the statutory revocation period, investments that were not completed or were revoked are removed. This can create free places, which are then filled with investors from the oversubscription phase on a first-come, first-served basis.

Therefore, please also complete your Investment offer fully during the oversubscription phase. Only fully completed Investment offers can be taken into account.

If your Investment offer cannot be taken into account because the maximum financing amount has already been fully reached, we will inform you by email and repay the amount to you as quickly as possible.
