Can I revoke or cancel an investment?

Yes. Investments can generally be revoked or cancelled as long as the respective financing round is still running. In addition, there is a statutory 14-day revocation period after the end of the financing round.

After the revocation period has expired and once the investment has been bindingly completed, cancellation is generally no longer possible.

There are no additional costs or fees for a revocation or cancellation.
