Why has the status of my Investment offer not changed yet?

Even if you have made your payment and successfully completed verification, your Investment offer does not immediately become a fixed investment. An investment is only considered completed once the financing round has fully ended and the financing amount has been paid out to the company. Until then, your Investment offer may still be shown as "open".

This may be because, for example, the Project is still in the subscription phase, the statutory revocation period is still running, or final contractual documents still need to be created after the revocation period has expired.

As soon as all required steps have been completed, your Investment offer is automatically converted into a fixed investment and displayed accordingly in your portfolio.
