What are SDGs

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a set of 17 global goals established by the United Nations as part of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. They provide a shared blueprint to address the world’s most pressing challenges by 2030.

The SDGs cover a wide range of areas, including:

  • Ending poverty and hunger
  • Ensuring quality education and good health
  • Promoting gender equality
  • Combating climate change
  • Protecting ecosystems and biodiversity
  • Supporting sustainable economic growth and innovation

Each goal is supported by specific targets and indicators to help measure progress and guide action from governments, businesses, and investors.
