Why is verification carried out through Deutsche Post?

As a regulated investment platform, we are legally required to verify the identity of our investors. For this identity verification, we work with Deutsche Post.

You can complete the verification either online or in person at a Deutsche Post branch.

Verification is generally required only once. After that, we usually only request a new identity document if the document previously stored with us has expired.
