Why can’t US tax-liable persons invest through the platform?

Due to legal and regulatory requirements, US tax-liable persons and certain companies with a connection to the USA cannot invest through the Invesdor platform.

US tax-liable persons include, among others, persons with US citizenship, a US tax identification number, a Green Card or a tax residence in the USA.

If you have a connection to US tax liability, we unfortunately cannot approve your account for Investments. You can find further details on when you are considered US tax-liable in the FAQ "When am I considered US tax-liable?"
