When am I considered US tax-liable?
You are generally considered US tax-liable if at least one of the following characteristics applies to you:
- You hold US citizenship.
- You hold a Green Card.
- You have your tax residence in the USA.
- You have a US tax identification number (TIN or SSN).
- You hold dual citizenship of the USA and another country.
