Is there a reporting obligation?

Please refer to your contractual documents to find out whether a company is obliged to provide regular reporting and provide you with financial documents or updates.

If such reporting has been agreed, we remind the company annually to provide the corresponding documents.

Please note: We can only provide you with the documents that we receive from the company.
