How do I change my tax residency?

You can change your tax residency in your account. As we require proof for this, we only complete the change after a review. To submit the change, proceed as follows:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the profile icon in the top right and select Manage profile.
3. Update your details in the Personal details section.

After making the change, you will receive a confirmation email. Please click the confirmation button in this email.

Please note: To change your tax residency, we require proof that your tax residency has changed. Alternatively, you can also send us the proof by email. Our support team will contact you after receiving your change request.
