How do I change my repayment account?
To set a bank account as your repayment account, certain requirements must be met for security reasons. Proceed as follows:
- Add or select the desired account: Make sure that the desired account is already stored under Payment options in your account. If several accounts are already stored, you can select one of them.
- Select bank details: In the overview, click the bank details you want to edit or use as your repayment account.
- Ensure verification: You can only use a verified account as your repayment account. If your account has not yet been verified, upload proof in the Bank account verification section that has now opened.
- Requirements for the proof: The document must be easy to read. Your name and IBAN must be clearly visible, for example the header of a bank statement or the front of your bank card.
- Wait for review: We will review your proof within a maximum of two working days. As soon as verification is complete, we will inform you by email.
- Set account: After successful verification, select the account finally using the Set as repayment account button.
- Completion: For security reasons, you will receive a final confirmation by email after the change.
