What should I do if I no longer have access to my email address?
If you no longer have access to your registered email inbox, you cannot make the change yourself in your account for security reasons.

We will check whether you are the rightful account holder. For this, we need verification proof. We will clarify directly with you which documents are required.
Once we have verified your identity, we will store the new address for you. You can then log in to your account again as usual.
