Why can’t I change some details directly myself?
For security reasons, we first review certain sensitive information manually before we apply it. This includes, for example, a name change. Our support team carries out this review for you.
Review: After you submit your change, we review your data. If necessary, we will contact you and ask for suitable proof, such as a certificate.
No further action required: Once you have submitted the change, you do not need to do anything else. If we need additional information, we will contact you directly.
